Community Support Delivers a Strong Win for Public Education
LONGMONT, CO – November 2025 – Preliminary election results show a strong lead for Hadley Solomon in the race for the St. Vrain Valley School District Board of Education, District B. While the results will be officially certified later this month, the outcome reflects broad community support for Hadley’s message of collaboration, respect, and strong public schools.
“I am deeply grateful for the trust this community has placed in me,” said Solomon. “This campaign was built on the belief that strong schools create strong communities. Together, we showed what is possible when people come together to support students, families, and educators.”
Throughout the campaign, Solomon emphasized four key priorities: maintaining world-class academic excellence, ensuring schools are safe and respectful, expanding pathways to opportunity for all students, and managing growth and resources responsibly.
"Our schools are the heart of our community. I am committed to working collaboratively with educators, families, and district leaders to make sure every student has the opportunity to succeed."
Solomon brings more than 16 years of volunteer leadership experience in St. Vrain schools, including serving as president of the parent organizations at Niwot Elementary and Sunset Middle, and on the Niwot High School Education Foundation board, where she led the annual online auction. She also led Grassroots St. Vrain, a community group that helped rebuild trust in local school funding and supported successful bond and mill levy campaigns.
The Hadley for St. Vrain campaign thanked its many volunteers and supporters who helped reach voters across the district. “This victory belongs to everyone who gave their time, energy, and voice to build a positive and inclusive campaign,” said Campaign Manager Laura McDonald. “It was a true community effort.”
Solomon will begin her term on December 3, following the official certification of results.
